Fantastic Internet Experience 4-6-12
I was using Autotrader to help me locate "my dream" truck. I used the Autotrader link to send your dealership an email. Honestly, over the past three weeks I have probably used this same method to communicate with over 15 different dealerships. Unfortunately, most of them don't reply or if they do, they just send another email asking if there are any questions. I guess they don't read the email I sent because it always had a question of two. Well late last night, I found my F-250 at University Ford North and off went another email. Assuming nothing would happen, I just prepared myself to make a call the next morning. Well, to my surprise, probably before the dealership even opened, I received a telephone call from Bruce Huffman. He introduced himself and began to answer my questions. If he didn't know the answer, he said he would call me right back and moments later I had the answer. We have been exchanging telephone calls trying to finalize this long distance transaction (I am in Florida) and he promptly returns calls. Although we have not yet "inked" the deal, I have been very impressed with Bruce's professionalism and communications. I look forward to driving home in my slightly used 2012 F-250!!!
